Ingredients
For The Sauce
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tbsp Chinese Cooking wine/ Dry Sherry
1 Tbsp Water
Stir Fry
250 Grams Of Cooked Beef, sliced into thin strips
1/2 Tsp Coarsely crushed black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Cornflour
2 Garlic Clove, finely minced
1/4 Onion, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- 1Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl along with the corn flour
- 2Add the cooked beef strips to the sauce bowl, mix and let marinate.
- 3Heat the oil in a large pan or wok, add the garlic and onion.
- 4Fry the onions and garlic until softened. Keep it moving so the garlic doesn’t burn.
- 5Once cooked, add the beef with the sauce to the pan and let it all cook until it is warmed through. Serve immediately with rice or noodles
