Apple Cinnamon Crisp

Ingredients

6 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

2 tablespoons lemon juice


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

For the Crumble Topping:

1 cup rolled oats


½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar. Transfer the apples to a greased baking dish.

    In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cubed butter and use your fingers to blend it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
