Sticky Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
250 Grams
(1 Cup) Plain Flour
2 Tsp Ginger Grated
2 Garlic Cloves
250 grams Noodles
60 Ml Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Sesame Oil.
2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
Instructions
- 1In a large pot add boiling water and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- 2Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
- 3Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, and add to a bowl with the plain flour.
- 4Coat the chicken pieces with the flour until they are evenly coated.
- 5Heat the olive oil in a shallow frying pan and add the chicken. Fry until cooked through and golden (approx. 3-5 minutes)
- 6To make the sauce: Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, sweet chili, ginger and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- 7Once the chicken has cooked, add the sauce to the pan and heat through ensuring the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
- 8Finally, add the noodles to the pan and keep stirring until everything is combined and enjoy!
