Sticky Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

300 Grams  Chicken Breast

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

250  Grams 

(1 Cup) Plain Flour

2 Tsp Ginger Grated

Garlic Cloves

250 grams  Noodles

60 Ml Light Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tsp Sesame Oil.

2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce

Instructions

    In a large pot add boiling water and cook the noodles according to package instructions.

    Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
  3. 3
    Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, and add to a bowl with the plain flour.

    Coat the chicken pieces with the flour until they are evenly coated.

    Heat the olive oil in a shallow frying pan and add the chicken. Fry until cooked through and golden (approx.  3-5 minutes)

    To make the sauce: Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, sweet chili, ginger and sesame oil in a small bowl.

    Once the chicken has cooked, add the sauce to the pan and heat through ensuring the chicken pieces are evenly coated.

    Finally, add the noodles to the pan and keep stirring until everything is combined and enjoy!
