4 Chicken Breast, cut into small chunks

2 Red Peppers, cut into strips

2 Fajita Sachet seasoning

1 Red Onion, diced

500 Grams Mascarpone 

500 Grams Pasta of your choice

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it and set aside.

    In a frying pan, heat a teaspoon of cooking oil and then add the chicken.

    Cook the chicken until golden and is cooked through.

    Add the peppers and onions to the pan, and cook until they become soft.

    Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the contents of the pan, and pour in a cup of water.

    Increase the heat and allow the sauce to thicken slightly, which should take about 5 minutes.

    Once the sauce has thickened, reduce the heat to low and add the mascarpone cheese, stirring until it melts.

    Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything together until well combine and serve!
