250 Grams Chicken Breast,

cut into small pieces

1 Red Onion, Sliced

300 Ml Double Cream

2 Vegetable Knorrs Stock cube 

300 Grams Penne Pasta

Instructions

    In a pan, cook the penne pasta as per the packet instructions
  2. 2
    Once the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.
  3. 3
    Whilst the pasta is cooking, in a large frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken.

    Fry the chicken until cooked through and golden brown. Approx. 5 minutes

    Once cooked, add the onion and garlic and fry until soft and fragrant.

    Turn the heat to low and add the stock cube and mix until combined.
  7. 7
    Once all mixed, add the double cream. Turn the heat to medium-high to allow the sauce to thicken. Approx. 3-4 minutes

    Add the pasta to the pan and stir through - serve immediately and enjoy!
