Ingredients
250 Grams Chicken Breast,
cut into small pieces
1 Red Onion, Sliced
300 Ml Double Cream
2 Vegetable Knorrs Stock cube
300 Grams Penne Pasta
Instructions
- 1In a pan, cook the penne pasta as per the packet instructions
- 2Once the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.
- 3Whilst the pasta is cooking, in a large frying pan, heat the oil and add the chicken.
- 4Fry the chicken until cooked through and golden brown. Approx. 5 minutes
- 5Once cooked, add the onion and garlic and fry until soft and fragrant.
- 6Turn the heat to low and add the stock cube and mix until combined.
- 7Once all mixed, add the double cream. Turn the heat to medium-high to allow the sauce to thicken. Approx. 3-4 minutes
- 8Add the pasta to the pan and stir through - serve immediately and enjoy!
