16 Strawberries
200 Grams
Light Soft Cheese
2 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
60 Grams Gingernut Biscuit
Instructions
- 1Using a small knife, carefully cut out the inside of each strawberry, so they become hollow.
- 2Whisk together the soft cheese with the strawberry jam, until smooth.
- 3Using a teaspoon, fill each strawberry with the jam mixture.
- 4Put the digestive biscuits into a freezer bag, then bash into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.
- 5Tip onto a plate and dip the end of each strawberry into the biscuit crumbs to coat.
- 6Refrigerate for later on or serve immediately.
