Light Soft Cheese

2 Tbsp Strawberry Jam

60 Grams Gingernut Biscuit

Instructions

    Using a small knife, carefully cut out the inside of each strawberry, so they become hollow.

    Whisk together the soft cheese with the strawberry jam, until smooth.

    Using a teaspoon, fill each strawberry with the jam mixture.

    Put the digestive biscuits into a freezer bag, then bash into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.

    Tip onto a plate and dip the end of each strawberry into the biscuit crumbs to coat.

    Refrigerate for later on or serve immediately.
