50 Grams Spanish Chorizo

1/2 White Onion

1 Chicken Breast, cut into small bite size pieces

1 Garlic Cloves, Crushed

60 Grams Mascarpone

125 Grams Pasta Of Your Choice

125 Grams Passata 

15 Grams Of Cheese (optional)

Instructions

    In a frying pan, heat a teaspoon of oil. Add chopped chorizo and chicken, and fry them until they are cooked through and golden.

    Meanwhile, in a separate pan, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

    Dice the onion and add it, along with the garlic, to the chicken and chorizo mixture.

    Allow the onion to cook until softened.

    Add in the pasata and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then, add the mascarpone and mix until well combined.

    Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the chicken and chorizo, stirring until it is evenly distributed.

    Transfer the pasta mixture to an ovenproof dish and top it with cheese. Cook it in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and become crispy.
